Turning a popular president’s mandate into an absolute parliamentary majority.

Intro

The countrys President; the partys former leader enjoyed the support of around 60% of our online panel. Yet only about 40% of voters said they would choose the party itself. Popularity does not transfer by itself: the party needed an absolute majority, on a compressed snap-election timeline.

We deployed research, communications and mobilization as one system. Our proprietary online panel ran one survey per week six surveys distilled into five strategic briefs while the Monitoring Room tracked 17 political brands across 180 online sources. When candidates drifted into policy detail mid-campaign and the numbers slipped, the data caught it immediately: we re-centered everything on a single idea this party is the President’s team and vote intention climbed from 41.1% to 45.3% in thirty days. A 10-part video series introduced the first ten laws the party would pass, and our Day of Vote platform ran the entire election-day operation: 2,224 electoral units, 4,847 users across four roles, results filed in real time from 613 units and diaspora stations abroad.

Over the final month the campaign attracted over 5% of the Undecided, while the party’s share of voice outpaced its main rival through the decisive stretch.
